As a Senior Sales Engineer in our client's Electromechanical division based in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in project sales, specifically focusing on retrofit and replacement projects. Your responsibilities will include understanding the system, analyzing sites, preparing quotations, and securing orders.Job Responsibilities:
- Execute project sales strategies with a primary focus on retrofit and replacement projects.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of each project site, providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients.
- Close deals by effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly end-users such as property management companies, real estate firms, investors, and property owners.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the feasibility and success of retrofit/replacement projects.
- Minimum 3-4 years of retrofit/replacement project sales experience in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
- Technical educational background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven track record in bringing in business for retrofit and replacement projects, specifically dealing with pumps, chillers, and related electromechanical systems.
- A strong network of clients within the specified sectors - property management, real estate, investors, property owners, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
