- Provide support to enhance ERM processes, including a variety of corporate activities and wide governance activities for (BU and SU).
- Review Risk registers and Risk Assessment tasks, and associated reporting framework.
- Gathers business requirements, configures, tests, and deploys processes and tasks with applicable ERM/ GRC systems (includes training and change-management activities).
- Assists and leads in various assignments to enhance corporate units overall risk management framework, including specific roles in ERM.
- Manage the process for escalating control risks to senior levels when appropriate.
- Develop or implement risk-assessment models or methodologies.
- Gather risk-related data from internal or external resources.
- Conduct statistical analyses to quantify risk using statistical analysis software or econometric models.
- Devise systems and processes to monitor validity of risk modeling outputs.
- Evaluate the risks and benefits involved in implementing operational excellence framework.
- Identify key risks and mitigating factors of potential investments in projects, such legal and ownership structures, professional reputations, customer bases, or industry segments.
- Provide statistical modeling advice to respective VP, and Departments.
- Suitably deal with issues pertaining to the correct interpretation of policy & procedures.
- Guide, facilitate & assist Sr. Policy Specialist for preparation of SLAs between Divisions/ Departments as and when requested.
- Maintain up to date filing and archiving Document Management System for all the valid and obsolete Policies/ Procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Economics required.
- Experience with Enterprise Risk Management strongly preferred.
- Experience with Archer eGRC is preferred.
- Strong analytical and logic skills, including the ability to formulate sound arguments
- Ability to manage multiple and/or shifting priorities, and produce professional and accurate work product, under time constraints.
- Creative problem-solving skills and intuitive risk-identifying abilities.
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, including strong listening and debate skills
