:PRIMARY PURPOSEManage the overall execution of both onshore and offshore EPRS systems for all client' onshore / offshore and Qatar offshore pipelines. Manage the readiness phase of both EPRS systems as well as actual onshore / offshore pipeline repairs and interventions.RESPONSIBILITIES1) Manage the day-to-day readiness activities of the offshore EPRS for minor maintenance activities and onshore testing.2) Prepare scopes of work and manage the execution for annual major maintenance and testing campaigns for subsea tools. Ensure full EPRS system and tooling remains in a state of readiness.3) Lead the 6-monthly inspection of subsea pipes stored at KIZAD.4) Review, comment and approve all technical deliverables from EPRS Contractor and LTSA Providers.5) Manage obsolesces program for subsea tools and subsea control systems.6) Prepare and lead in the execution of 6-monhly and annual readiness audits of EPRS Contractor and LTSA Providers.7) Prepare scope of work for regular readiness drills, wet drills and lead the implementation of these drills anticipated and contribute to all aspects of an offshore intervention including decommissioning and recommissioning operations, pipe laying and subsea repair.8) Participate and contribute to the development of a long-term training program for operational personnel Upstream and Downstream for the offshore EPRS.9) Contribute and participate in the establishment of an EPRS Club with other regional operators.10) Contribute and participate in the continuous improvement of ASSIST with an aim to strengthen the long-term readiness in the most cost-effective manner.11) Prepare and review scope of works for onshore EPRS.12) Manage the overall readiness of the onshore EPRS Contractor including line pipe and equipment inspection and welding qualifications.13) Manage all onshore pipeline repair activities through onshore EPRS Contractor in coordination with Downstream Operations and technical services.14) Contribute and participate in the continuous improvement of the onshore EPRS with an aim to strengthen the long-term readiness in the most cost-effective manner.15) Participate in the investigation of HSE&S incidents.16) Demonstrates visible commitment to HSE by periodically leading / taking part in risk assessments, audits, HSE meetings, emergency drills, etc.17) Ensures assigned staff complies with all company HSE policies & procedures and related initiatives.18) Perform other similar or related duties as required or assigned by line manager. RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Minimum Educational Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelors’ degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Offshore) from a recognized institution / university.Minimum Experience: 12 years total with at least 8 years involvement in subsea installation and pipeline repair activities. Operational experience with subsea tooling and robotics. Experience with offshore pipeline installation. 6 years in supervisory role.Skills: In-depth technical knowledge of onshore and offshore pipeline systems, pipe-laying and underwater robotics and hydraulic systems.
