- Form a budget, make financial decisions, and allocate resources in accordance with an organization's policies and procedure
- Supervise other finance and accounting professionals
- Maintain detailed records for financial analysis
- Stay abreast of current regulations, tax laws, and accounting practices
- Provide training to new and existing team members
- Oversee periodic analytical and reporting activities
- Advise the General Manager on financial management matters
- Manage the monthly and yearly financial statements and budgets, including monthly and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis
- Monitor the financial health of properties to ensure profitability and compliance with budget targets
- Update property records for existing and potential new tenants
- Analyze and interpret financial data to prepare reports, financial statements, and presentations
- Prepare schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Familiar with accounting software packages, including Excel
- Well versed in Tax Laws in U.A.E.
- Complete knowledge of IFRS ( International Financial Reporting Standards) and Accounting Practices
- Minimum 5+ experience as Head Of Finance
