Description:Job Purpose:Supporting RMs to achieve team's target and prioritizing important task on time as assigned by RMs and UH.Principle accountability:Identify revenue opportunity in existing portfolio base and work with assigned RM in maximizing share of wallet from existing customer base.Complete all credit facility renewals on time and identify additional business opportunity while conducting the annual credit reviewsContinuously explore opportunities in existing portfolio base for CASA, Funded, Non-Funded Asset and Fee & FX income.Conduct financial analysis, credit rating, and prepare detailed Credit write-ups for approval under delegated authority for Wholesale Banking CreditConduct customer visits with RMs as and when required and record call reports in a timely manner.Ensure regular monitoring of financials, credit monitoring requirements, exceptions, preparation of portfolio reviews and covenant maintenance.Comply with internal audit requirements in line with the policy guidelines, to ensure high standards of uniformity and consistency across the BankProvide end-to-end resolution of escalated customer transactions, service requests and complaints redirected from existing service channels to enhance customer satisfactionEnsure KYC reviews are completed on time and critically evaluate information gathered to ensure compliance with regulations and AML/KYC policyAssume full responsibility of RM in his/her absence without any disruption in service levels and delivery on assigned financial targets.Maintain effective governance and house keepingKeep abreast of developments in the local business environment to spot business opportunities. Contribute to the planning process to develop corporate business strategiesRequirements:Education and Experience:Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management3-5 years of experience in Commercial Banking with min 2 years of exposure to Commercial / Business Banking in the UAE
