Job Information**Role:** Project Engineer – HVAC (MEP) for High Rise Building**Responsibilities:**
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC systems installation in high-rise building projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design compliance and project specifications.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate HVAC requirements and constraints.
- Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and technical documents.
- Manage and supervise HVAC installation teams to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues during construction.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to integrate HVAC systems seamlessly into overall building systems.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and energy efficiency standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer in HVAC systems for high-rise buildings.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC design, installation, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to interpret and modify HVAC drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC practices.
