Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, room setup, and agenda preparation.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Assist with HR-related tasks such as coordinating interviews and conducting orientations.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
