Client Leadership and Relationship Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building trusted partnershipsand understanding their business objectives.- Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignmentwith clients' goals and objectives.- Provide strategic counsel to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance theirPR and communication strategies.2. Team Management and Mentorship:- Supervise and mentor a team of account executives, providing guidance, support, andprofessional development opportunities.- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring the team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality work.- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork, creativity, andaccountability.3. Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution:- Develop comprehensive PR and communication strategies tailored to clients' objectives,target audiences, and market dynamics.- Oversee the execution of integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels,ensuring consistency and effectiveness.- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations foroptimization and improvement.4. Media Relations and Content Development:- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, bloggers, andinfluencers.- Lead media outreach efforts, pitching story ideas, securing coverage, and managing mediainquiries on behalf of clients.- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling content, including press releases, articles,social media posts, and blog posts.5.
