- The Technology Business analysts recommends the alignment information technology systems with business operations by analyzing business needs and technology solutions to ensure optimal integration and workflows.
- Performing system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services in coordination with end user needs, ensuring optimal functionality
- Participate in project review and analyses needs, proving recommendation to Unit Head for system development projects.
- Supports on integrating new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
- Works with end users to ensure understanding and workflows, particularly for new systems, programs, and applications.
- Monitoring and report on product licenses, ensuring compliance with any governmental or internal regulations or policies.
- Review hardware assets and ensure they are compatible with new program roll outs.
- The Technology Analyst must understand the business domain and translate technical language to terms the business can identify with, integrating system language with business expertise.
- Must ensure inclusion on project planning within the business and become a trusted provider of technological solutions to enhance business outcomes.

- Follow the day-to-day operations set by the Line Manager section to ensure continuity of work and the delivery of effective and high quality outputs.
- Report on a regular basis to the line manager on operational activities, challenges, hurdles and methods of resolution or mitigation etc. as required to keep the Line Manager informed and updated about the unit’s activities.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages , SQL and system integration solutions.
- Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
- Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
- Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.
- Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
- Advanced communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
- Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
- Knowledge of security technologies such as IDS/IPS, vulnerability testing, threat intelligence and firewalls
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar role (consultancy background desirable)
