This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will assist our events team in organizing and coordinating various events, including but not limited to corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in events management to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion
- Research and contact vendors and suppliers
- Assist with venue selection, catering, and event logistics
- Coordinate with speakers, guests, and sponsors
- Assist in creating event marketing materials
- Provide on-site support during events
- Assist in post-event evaluation and reportingRequirements- Currently enrolled/recent graduate in a relevant degree program (Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, Communications, etc.)- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work well in a team environment- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Previous experience in events or hospitality is a plusDuration: 3 monthsBenefits- Gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution- Work closely with a professional events team- Opportunity to network with industry professionals- Potential for future full-time employment
