- Achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives set by the Head of Department (HOD) in a timely manner.
- Screen potential brokers to promote existing and upcoming products.
- Provide the highest level of support (training, onboarding, coaching, etc.) to assigned brokers (both individual and corporate) to help them achieve sales targets.
- Design and implement an effective Route to Market (RTM) strategy based on customer needs, broker type, and available resources.
- Utilize agent programs (such as Agent Fly ins Partnership Program, Direct RD Shows, Agent Events, etc.) to maximize sales and meet targets within the assigned territory.
- Educate corporate brokers and their staff on how to effectively use the company's portal for closing deals, viewing inventory, making payments, and generating consistent business.
- Develop and negotiate contracts, ensuring that contract requirements are integrated with business operations.
- Generate and maintain periodic reports in accordance with company guidelines.
- Provide daily activity reports during scouting and sales trips in the assigned territories.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience of Real Estate local or UAE.
- Must be fluent in English and Chinese native.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Should be good at developing B2B network and Client Relationship.
