- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in cosmetics/beauty/lifestyle industry is a plus
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability to see the big picture and the long- and short-term implications of actions.
- Self-starter and driven. Always raising the bar. Resilient with a can-do attitude and the drive to deliver ambitious results.
