- Plan Development: Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive technical plans that outline project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate the necessary technical resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project execution. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential technical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and accurately reflects project requirements.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Foster effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, project managers, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Coordinate efforts and ensure seamless integration of technical plans with overall project plans.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and monitor project progress against established technical plans and key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate regular status reports and provide updates to project stakeholders and senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within technical planning processes. Propose and implement innovative solutions and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to relevant technical standards, regulations, and quality assurance procedures. Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to technical teams to enhance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and manage expectations related to technical planning activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Degree in Audio, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent. Alternatively, relevant certification in a supporting course.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position or proof of adequate planning capabilities.
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented with excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical problems to non-technical personnel in a competent and concise way.
- Capable to create design concepts, 2D/3D drawings, block diagrams and other design & engineering deliverables as per project requirements with the assistance of the Project Planner.
- Vectorworks competency is a requirement.
- Technical Knowledge of Audio systems and control.
