- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries and correct any errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring all information is entered accurately and promptly.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files according to established procedures.
- Assist in data cleaning and validation tasks to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Retrieve and compile data from databases or files as requested by management or other departments.
- Follow data entry guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from colleagues or clients regarding data entries.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
