: Supervise Electrical & Instrument Engineering Input to the development of Operation, Maintenance and Integrity Philosophies (OMI) of the projects. • Reviews I comments and approves new projects design I construction packages and coordinates and compiles comments of other discipline engineers in Projects & Engineering Business Unit for Electrical lead packages to ensure meeting operational objectives. • Provides technical expertise in HAZOP I HAZID I SAFOP studies for electrical network and Electrical & Instrument System audit. • Provides day to day Electrical & Instrument Engineering support and advice to the maintenance teams. • Acts as technical authority I custodian for the entire Electrical & Instruments Installations I equipment and systems, Standardisation and pre-qualification of OEM I equipment manufactures. • Analyses Electrical & Instrument Equipment history data in terms of failure Analysis and spare parts consumption and injects the experience to selection of equipment's during project execution. • Takes the lead in condition monitoring report analysis to identify potential equipment failure and improvement opportunities. • Optimises the delivery of Electrical & Instrument Engineering and work packs for the asset. • Assists in preparing Start up and commissioning procedures for Electrical & Instrument systems. • Assist in formulating in house Engineering development and training program based on lesson learnt or site installation problems or difficulties. • Reviews the Electrical & Instrument equipment data of all new plants to ensure conformity with established standard and schedule of maintenance I inspection including creation of model work orders for certification of equipment and maintenance. • Provides technical supports for developing Electrical equipment maintenance data base on CMMS. • Training and development of Nationals, Emiratisation Plan which involves shadowing or on the job training for certain designated positions. • Guides, directs and supervises subordinates to ensure they work to their best potential and contribute effectively as a Team
