Job Description:
  • Monitor & train inventory planners/CSR team members in achieving SLA/KPI
  • Automate with the help of the IT the systemic system reports in information flow.
  • Prepare inventory related reports and analysis depending on customer requirements.
  • Test, refine and implement new IT systems related to customer service and inventory operations.
  • Communicate with clients on the IT systems on the area of activity.
  • Define process follow for information and optimize the use of it
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor & manage all WMS activities related to his function.
  • Manage communication and follow up with the customers for all operational requests received.
  • Daily/weekly/monthly comparison between WMS & customer ERP system to ensure zero non-compliance in integration process.
  • Operationally, lead/test the integration with the new ERP system of Rafed - Oracle Fusion
  • Monitoring Inbound/Outbound process regularly and ensure the received/issued stocks are updated in WMS.
  • Escalation of issues in time in case of Wrong Picking/Put away or other service-related issues.
  • Play a key role in business continuity plan and ensure implementing BCP requirements.
  • Handling & managing - damage and expired goods as per SOP.
  • Prepare timely and regular reports for senior management on the areas of responsibility highlighting areas of risk and requirements for mitigating actions.
  • Schedule and coordinate the internal transfer/entity as per client demands /Consolidation of Stock
  • Develop business relationships with clients.
  • Investigate and report any deviations related to theft or missing items in the warehouse.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or Equivalent
