Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics or any related course from a reputable institution
• Must have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying
• Should have experience in payments and variation claims
• Must have a thorough technical understanding of building construction methods
• Should be able to work within set and strict deadlines
• Must be able to read architectural drawings and have an appreciation of construction processes
• The applicant must be results oriented and able to deliver under pressure
