Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or answering questions
Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying displays
Build rapport with customers to establish long-term relationships and promote brand loyalty
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policiesRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
