- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software applications.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track support requests and their resolutions.
- Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for new software releases.
- Provide training and assistance to end-users as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven 5 to 7 years of experience working in an application support role, preferably in a software or IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good Experience with SQL databases and .Net and Java languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
