- Ensure implementation of Project Plan
- Keep the project on track in terms of schedule and budget
- Identify, monitor and respond to risks
- Provide accurate and timely report of project metrics
- Further, CM will also be responsible in for any changes in the Contract, negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with Contracts Manager and other
- Minimum 10 years' experience as Construction Manager capacity and with 5 years' experience in Gulf Region.
- PMP (an advantage)
- Strong knowledge in FIDIC Contracts Implementation
- Proven knowledge in contract interpretation, claims and variations analysis, dispute resolution, project monitoring, sub-contract management, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- BSc Civil Engineering/ BSc Architectural degree or higher
