- Overview of the Job:
- Stepping up our digital campaigns across media platforms such as Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, OTT etc.. including KOL/influencer-led content
- Build algorithms where necessary
- Propose innovative ideas .
- Propose Digital Creative/Content guidelines hinged on strong consumer understanding of their Media behavior and needs and preferences related to P&G’s product categories.

- Improve brand sales and awareness through media reach, effectiveness and cost improvement.
- Upskill the organization on core Digital Media capabilities
- Responsibilities of the Role:
- Propose strategic interventions on the media space
- Identify and build solutions and/or algorithms to step up the performance of media campaigns leveraging data analysis, performance of existing campaigns and leading experiments
- Deliver strong data-based and insight-based recommendations on how to win with our P&G target consumers through winning digital media content by platform (eg. Social Media and YouTube Content and Media Plans)
- Be a trusted internal Digital Media expert consultant for Brand Managers and Media Operations Teams
- Define and map out an innovative plan to stay ahead in this space
- Bring Media Led-amplification opportunities for Brands, derive learning, share and re-apply across categories and across the region.
- Bachelor or Masters’ Degree.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape
- Have worked in Media, Agency or FMCG client side, especially International Company
- Experience in working on Social Media & YouTube Advertising campaigns. Experience working with KOLs/Influencers is an advantage.
- Experience in Consumer Insights/Market Research is a plus.
- Strong analytical ability to develop data-driven and insight-based media strategies.
- Able to handle and analyze complex and large amounts of data leveraging excellent MS Excel skills and/or Python and various modeling approaches
- Curiosity and passion to learn and explore new media/advertising formats (i.e.. Social Commerce) and new tools to analyze data (eg. Gen AI)
- High collaboration skills with internal multi-functional teams and external partners and work across geographies and cultures
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to lead change and drive innovation
- Comfortable in operating in a complex, fast paced and agile structure with an ability to handle multiple priorities
- English fluency required, Arabic is a plus
