:Key responsibilities:- Assist in reviewing and validating budget submissions & funding requests by internal departments are valid, complete, reasonable & aligned with Company’s strategic and operational objectives.- Monitor budget utilization by tracking spending against the planned expenditure, to achieve the personal and departmental KPIs.- Perform budget variance analysis by evaluating the museum’s budget performance against target for each period, while providing details on the reasons for the variances- Prepare interim reports (annual, quarterly, monthly) for internal & external stakeholders.- Prepare AD Hoc reports based on management requests.- Review and approve purchase requisitions requested by departments, after assuring they’re in line with the planned budgetRequirementsRequired Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, CIMA or MBA)- Minimum of 7 years post graduate experience in Finance (in which 3 years must be financial analysis working in the UAE)- Experience in companies that has big operation (e.g group of companies) to ensure the exposure.- Strong analytical and presentation skills- Fluency in English (Arabic advantage)
