Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems.
Verify accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing and correcting entries as needed.
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
Retrieve and process information from various sources to complete data entry tasks.
Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data for analysis and review.
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate data entry tasks and prioritize workload.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information and data.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
Fast and accurate typing skills (touch typing) with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in using data entry software and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
