Oversee security operations and all direct-hire and contracted security

personnel in the section. Prepare shift schedules in order to ensure continuouscoverage.

Act as management representative with all concerned local security & Safety

authorities.

Assess security needs control employee and visitor access to buildings and

property and ensures only authorized entry. Ensure compliance to the securitysystems and the safety of all company’s facilities.

Liaise with IT and HR to monitor and ensure effective utilization of the

automated attendance system for employees.

Prepare the security budget and verify actual cost to ensure the cost

effectiveness of the activities.

Evaluate special security requirements of high-risk areas and provide

technical advice.

To liaise with the local Government authorities, Critical National Infrastructure

Authorities (CNIA), and the Security Service Provider to ensure the safety of allfacilities, personnel and perimeter.

Participate with Government relations as Company representative in

Government committees’ .CICPA, State Security, Civil Defence, Police, TrafficPolice, embassies and other government establishments. Liaise with local policeauthorities in emergencies and during investigations.

Prepare, establish and update work regulations and procedures, scope of

contracts/agreements, the emergency evacuation procedures for fire, threats orsecurity rules, enhancing security awareness and vigilance of ADRD facilities andsubmit a periodic activity reports to management.

Manage and coordinate, security and safety programs to include loss

prevention, parking/traffic control, patrolling of physical property, inspection offacilities, and investigation of illegal acts.

Conduct initial comprehensive and periodic security surveys of ADRD

facilities taking into account the relevant security requirement and ensuringmaintenance to the entire facility plan for ADRD.

Patrol buildings and grounds; responds to and reports unusual incidents or

occurrences. Supervise and oversee control room and monitoring of multiple CCTVmonitors and cameras in order to conduct video surveillance and record activities atvaried locations from a central station.
