Enter and update data into computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy.
Verify the accuracy of data input and correct any errors or discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Retrieve and review data for completeness and accuracy, resolving any issues as needed.
Assist in generating reports and preparing data for analysis.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
Follow data entry protocols and guidelines to ensure data quality and compliance.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with data entry software and databases is a plus.
