:JOB PURPOSE:Plan and ensure safe and efficient shift operations, allocating trucks and trailers as per demand, planning for additional manpower and material resources as required and optimizing current operations at My Station, in accordance with specifications and company policies and regulations.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Job Specific AccountabilitiesOperations ManagementManage daily shift operations, in line with departmental guidelines and rules, in order to meet LPG demand Plan, organize and supervise all My Station LPG operation activities to ensure quality, compliance with applicable Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures always. Coordinate with concerned departments/divisions to ensure daily availability of LPG for My Station’s, avoiding any dry outs. Prepare workplans for effective and efficient My Station operations activities, including identification of requirements such as manpower, equipment and other related logistics. Ensure all safety precautions are taken and work permits are issued before commencement of the work and the instructions are strictly followed during all stages of the work at any My Station equipment. Regularly inspect the My Station operations to ensure they are carried out in a safe manner and as per standards and recommendations. Conduct training periodically to all assigned team to make sure that they are familiar with My Station’s modus operandis. Ensure that all jobs are carried out as per standards and recommendations in a safe manner and laid down work instructionsIncident Investigation and Audit Report any incidents/ accidents with My Station team/ equipment. Inform the Senior Operations Manager of any expected dangers or hazards which could affect work efficiency, to ensure that adequate precautions are taken on time.My Station Maintenance Coordinate with Maintenance to keep My Station equipment in a fully operable condition at all times. Liaise with the Maintenance staff to keep trucks and trailers maintained in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Program and on a required basis.Optimization Analyse the current status of LPG operations and making/implementing suggestions for improvement, in order to optimise operations and ensure delivery of work according to market standards.o Collect and analyse information about status quo of LPG operationso Formulate suggestions for improvement and report to departmental leadershipo Contribute to the implementation of approved suggestions for improvemento Collect and analyse feedback on newly implemented operationsDocumentation Prepare and maintain documentation of all actions and enter data into necessary records and system. Prepare and submit to Senior Operations Manager the daily shift report, showing all activities on shift (including all statistics). Prepare monthly and weekly reports as required and monitor My Station performance. Perform any other related duties as assigned by Senior Operations Manager as and when required. Stay standby on call 24 hours a day for any emergency calls.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalentMinimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills 6 years of relevant experience Experience with leading a team Strong communication skills
