- Can work to targets & deadlinesResponsibilities:
- Leading bids. Scope out new & potential opportunities with potential clients
- Attending seminars & networking opportunities to scope out new contacts
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents to ensure they are achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Hire and train new property consultants and grow the secondary team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals, and ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultant and main contractors.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the senior management, and provide recommendations for improvement and growth.Salary package
