- Prepare and deliver reports, actionable insights and recommendations for business KPIs across the organization.
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and implementation of new processes, and improvements to existing processes.
- Organize, coordinate, lead across multiple projects; ability to identify and understand emerging issues in order to adapt and adjust to shifting.
- Meet with decision makers, process owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and business goals.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing operational and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
- Identify and establish scope and parameters of business analysis in order to define the business outcome and measure-taking actions
- Understand the healthcare business and of the key broader factors and trends shaping their markets and category.
- Assess project requests for viability, considering current workloads and resource availability and review in line with agreed SLAs.
- Be responsible for the connectivity, consistency, and timely delivery of the components of the response to brief including strategy, comms planning and investment, optimisation of work with relevant internal and external parties to bring it to life.
- Work closely with the teams to translate client requests into detailed project plans, including task allocation, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Continuously evaluate the workload and capacity of the Planning and Activation teams, reallocating tasks and adjusting priorities to ensure optimal productivity and project delivery.
- Manage client expectations regarding project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Negotiate timelines and priorities with clients, especially when balancing multiple projects or when adjustments are needed.
- Ensure that all project outputs meet agency's high standards and client specifications.
- MBA or similar degree or comparable experience.
- 6 to 8 years professional experience and a strong comfort within the healthcare industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Tools - PowerPoint, Excel, Pivot Tables, Access or VBA.
- Knowledge of Data visualization tools like Power BI and project management skills
- Proven experience in defining and driving KPIs, process transformation, business tool process enhancements, implementation support.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to communicate directly with global stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills: the ability to see patterns; and a structured and logical approach to decision making
- Should be strong willed, a fast learner and able to adapt to an evolving environment.
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
- Capable of resolving seemingly intractable problems in a manner that maintains relationships with all stakeholders.
