Data Entry Operator

• Ensure all the RMA’s are posted in the company’s system on daily basis

• Generate invoices

• Ensure proper filing of all related documents

• Liaise with the sales team for any discrepancy in the customer returns

• Stock responsibility in the absence of the storekeeper

• Following up with accounts and invoicing data entry for hold orders

• Arrange with store keeper for stock taking

• Knowledge & Experience: 1 -2 years of experience infield of Warehousing.

• Advanced MS Office

• Good communication skills (English Language – oral and written)

• Able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.

• Ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period

• Working knowledge on Oracle
