Job DescriptionTo achieve set targets for Retail Products as new account relationships through Retail/Corporate/Cross Sale Channel by regularly tracking and reviewing performance of the sales team..Acquiring data for new acquisition for the Tele Sales team.To maximise Retail sales opportunities through Retail/Corporate/Cross Sell ChannelsTo minimise potential loss of income to the division by ensuring that introductory business sources conform to the standards put in place from time to time.To sight and verify original documents/ID and duly attest copies.To ensure adherence to credit /Sharia parameters, and products manuals so as to improve / maintain the quality of the business within acceptable limits, minimum TAT & high level of customer serviceTo reduce incidences of fraud, forgery & misrepresentation in salesTo review and provide regular Sales reports and market feedback to the management in order to facilitate decision making to improve the quality, performance and competitiveness of the bank’s products and services.To ensure that all the sales activities and documentations are in compliance to DIB SOP manuals, regulatory and audit requirements and sharia principles.To ensure high level of portfolio credit quality is maintained across the sales activities.To monitor activity of sales team and motivate and provide guidance to develop /improve their skills and productivity by arranging on the job training and other training initiatives.To ensure team members are conducting Central Bank Black List Check for account opening requests if and when required in order to avoid risk factors.To ensure all mandatory activities related to account opening done by team members as per agreed SOPs and SLAs.To ensure necessary compliance approvals are taken for High Risk accounts if and when required.Coordinate with AMU in order to ensure all account opening documents are submitted on timeAll the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line ManagerCompetencies/SkillsBanking Products, Services and Operations KnowledgeCredit Policy and ParametersDocumentationIslamic Product Selling SkillsRegulatory and Compliance KnowledgeSales OperationsSharia Principles of Islamic FinanceTelephone EtiquetteCustomer InsightsAct with OwnershipMaintain Transparency & Communicate to ShareEmpower to DecideEngage the CustomerShare Knowledge & Work as One
