HR Communications Lead

• Ability to handle Employee Relations issues end to end

• Ensure consistency in the administration of HR guidelines and practices by coaching/advising management on effective ways to handle employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, reward and recognition and disciplinary issues.

• Coordinate playbooks for annual HR activities such as compensation planning and open enrolment

• Everyday communication with internal and external HR team

• Preparation of legal documents (salary agreements, deductions)

• Manage and control the company's payroll system including, wage scales, salary scales, expenses, allowances

• Ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects to plan

• Work closely with HR and a wide variety of program and business stakeholders globally.

• Experience in successfully shaping and leading an integrated talent strategy based on labor market dynamics and business requirements is vital.

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant area

• Minimum 7 years of experience in overall HRM, HRD and HR process and policy
