- Assist with basic clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for CEO and employees.
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors.
- Address inquiries and provide information in a courteous manner.
- Monitor pantry and stationery supplies.
- Collaborate with security and facilities personnel to ensure a secure and safe environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), basic Excel would be highly appreciated.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
