We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing administrative support to various departments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors.Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating appointments and meetings.
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipts.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and processing shipments.
Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible.
Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related tasks.
Oversee office maintenance and liaise with vendors for repairs and services.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
