This position will work closely with the CFO to drive the strategic vision and ensure the long-term success of the organization. The primary responsibilities include developing the strategic plan, implementing performance mechanisms, and supporting the company’s growth, profitability, and competitiveness.Requirements
– At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Financial Services sector.
– Experience at one of the leading strategy consulting firms such as MBB (Mckinsey, Bain, BCG) or one of the Big 4 (PwC, Deloitte, EY, and KPMG)Skills & Competencies:
– Experience in developing detailed business plans for growth strategies.
– Ability to create and implement strategic plans for the financial institution and its subsidiaries.
– Strong analytical skills for conducting extensive performance assessments, identifying gaps, and exploring growth opportunities.
– Proven project management skills.
