- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and compliance with accounting principles.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of corporate tax regulations in Dubai and the wider U.A.E.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with local tax laws.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial input and analysis.
- Monitor and report on budget variances, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Tax laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with local accounting standards and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time-management and organizational skills.
