- Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Utilize various channels for posting job vacancies, ensuring maximum visibility.
- Conduct thorough review and analysis of incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on established criteria.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and gather relevant information.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Ensure seamless logistics for both virtual and in-person interviews.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Provide regular updates and feedback on recruitment progress.
- Extend offers to selected candidates in alignment with organizational policies.
- Coordinate the negotiation and finalization of employment contracts.
- Facilitate pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Communicate essential information and expectations to candidates.
- Manage the collection and verification of required documents for employment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Familiarity with government hiring processes and regulations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic language is desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
