Full Job DescriptionAt Newcom the Front Desk Executive will be the FACE of the company hence we are looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with outstanding people’s skills.Responsibilities:Your prime responsibility will be to make sure the office specially the reception areas is always presentable, professional, warm and welcoming.Greet guests and provide them with high level of customer service.Understand the purpose of visit and guide them accordinglyOffer Refreshments during waiting period.Maintain the conference and meeting room as per company standards.Politely answer all incoming calls and queries.Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages in absence.Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.Maintain and update the reception monitor with latest achievements and happening at Newcom.Maintain and update Phone extension list and share as and when changes occurGreeting messages daily on the team WhatsApp groupAny workplace related announcement on email and groupsMonitoring attendance machine is working fineAssist Employees with any of their daily requirements ( stationary,forms etc)Maintaining & updating the list for monthly utility bills payments(DEWA, Etisalat, Du,etc.)Maintaining & updating the list for monthly utility bills payments(DEWA, Etisalat, Du,etc.)Maintaining & updating the monthly extra charges on Du bills for employees & submit the same for PayrollBuilding Maintenance (Coordination for AC , washrooms, Carpenter)Coordinating with building management for Ejari renewalsArranging pest control for Offices and shopOverseeing office maintenance and cleanlinessMaintain stock for Pantry and office Supplies.Requirements:Minimum 2+ years front office and administration experienceAn Exceptional telephone etiquetteWell organized, dedicated, reliable, and flexibleA self-starter capable of multi-tasking and prioritizingStrong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAbility to take initiative in completing assigned work and projectsEnthusiastic and personableJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
