Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of power generator's seeks to hire Sales Manager/Head of Sales for Dubai location. Potential incumbents must fulfil the below KRA's and requisites to be eligible for the role.Spec/requisites
  • More than 7 year's of sales/BD experience in managing generator/engineering equipment's or associated product sales/BD
  • Bachelor's or master's degree. Bachelor’s in Engineering is highly recommended.
  • Able to read, write and speak Arabic and English language fluently
  • Need to have valid UAE driving license
KRA's
  • Seeking product approval with Clients and Consultants
  • Should have extensive know how about Customers in Middle East
  • Ensure all customer required data, opportunity details are managed and maintained in line with Company procedures
  • Review forecast and other sales management information on a monthly basis
  • Prepare Territory Sales Plans (TSP) for the assigned accounts as per the territory or market sector in line with Company procedures.
  • Provide regular up to date information in regard to competitor’s activity in the power generation market within the assigned geographical territory.
  • Proactively generate inquiries from customers, prepare quotations for the work, negotiate contracts and secure orders
  • Monitor and analyze key accounts related legislation in order to anticipate potential impacts
  • Conduct presentations of new products to those existing and potential Events customers.
  • Ensure the securing of orders complies with the existing agreed credit approved terms as per procedures.
  • Displays a commitment to Operational Excellence activities
  • Responsible for developing new & maintaining existing key customers in respect to further growing the revenue by providing either new applications for those existing customers or enhancing on current ongoing projects in conjunction with creating opportunities for attaining new customers
  • Identify new territory or market sectors within the geographical territory
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for defining new and existing key accounts
  • Monitor, control and achieve sales revenue against budgeted targets
  • Payment follow up with Customers and ensure timely collection of payment
