General Accountant

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including recording invoicing, bookings, voucher filings, and compliance with FTA UAE VAT Laws.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of suppliers and clients every 30 days, ensuring books of accounts are in agreement with vendors, supported by proper approvals and documentation.
• Maintain records of invoices, delivery notes, receipts, payments, and other relevant documents.
• Oversee petty cash management, including booking, filing records/vouchers, and documentation for audits.
• Handle GL accounting until the finalization of Trial Balance and Financial Reports.
• Manage job creation, job costing, profitability analysis, and job audits.
• Prepare, release, control, and record labor and admin staff payroll, including overtime release.
• Control bank accounts through online access, perform daily bank reconciliations, and update PDC schedules.

• The ideal candidate must be an Accounting Graduate with a professional qualification, extensive ERP experience, and a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience, with an overall 10 years of experience.
• The candidate should be willing to join immediately.
