- - Prepare the Business Intelligence Project Planning
- - Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
- - Data Assessment - Collaborate with end-users to gather the overall business requirements
- - Review and validate customer data as it is collected
- - Analyze, and data model and structure the business requirements to address the data modeling
- - Create or discover new data procurement and processing programs
- - Technical Assessment analyzing and preparing the Technical Architecture Design
- - Analyze and prepare BI Application Specifications
- - Write the RFP associated and define the Product Selection criteria
- - Follow-up the tender and technical evaluation
- - Prepare project charter and overall project planning (Project Plan, Deliverables, governance….)
- - Follow-up on the Design of the solution
- - Ensure follow-up of all the technical components: ETL / DWH / DataMart / Reporting tools until goLive
- - Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse
- - Synthesize data and feedback from users, clients, and management
- - Contribute to short and long-term goal setting
- - Develop action plans and aide in accountability
- - Collaborate regularly with various teams, including market analytics
- - Develop and utilize dashboards effectively
- - Develop, analyze, and modify processes, data structures, and models
- - Interact with clients to evaluate products and performance
- - Maintain objectivity at all times to ensure processes and products are relevant
- - Make data-driven decisions and recommendations
- - Articulately and concisely explain the implications of complex data
- - Monitor analytics and metrics results
- - Implement new data analysis methodologies
- - Ensure integrity of data collection and utilization
