As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business processes. From inventory management to logistics coordination, you'll be responsible for optimizing our operations to meet customer demands and exceed expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a tangible impact on our company's success.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer installation appointments with the sales team.- Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Oversee order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping of products to customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to address operational issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, orders, and shipments.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in operations coordination or logistics management, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
