- Stock Control: Implement efficient stock control procedures to monitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Inventory Management: Utilize analytical skills to assess inventory needs and develop strategies for inventory optimization.
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to analyze inventory data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other key performance indicators.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all inventory management processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address inventory-related challenges and achieve organizational goals.
- Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance their inventory management skills.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate inventory management processes and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Waterproofing Industry, with a strong background in inventory control and management.
- Proficiency in Arabic language is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driving license and own car, with the ability to manage operations in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of implementing inventory management best practices and driving process improvements.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting.
