Purchase & Logistics Coordinator

• Follow up on PO, update in the system
• Follow up on payment
• Arrange courier shipments by making comparison
• Other Assigned task by HOD
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the purchase and logistics process
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Analyze market trends and negotiate pricing with suppliers to optimize costs
• Create and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to prevent stockouts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
• Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain to minimize disruptions
• Implement and maintain efficient logistics strategies to improve overall efficiency
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements for shipments
• Provide regular reports and updates on purchase and logistics activities to management
