- Supervise bar operations, ensuring efficient service and cleanliness.
- Train and mentor bar staff in mixology and customer service.
- Create and update drink menus based on trends.
- Assist in training new employees and provide continuous training to existing staff.
- Maintain inventory of all needed supplies and coordinate restocking.
- Oversee both front and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
- Respond quickly to customer complaints and efficiently resolve issues.
- Identify methods to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profitability.
- Manage and support waiters for the smooth running of service shifts.
- Ensure that service staff follow standards, procedures, rules, and health and safety requirements.
- Manage reservations and handle customer inquiries.
- Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Prepare daily reports after each shift.
- Assist with waiting tables or covering the bar when necessary.
- Minimum of 3 years of hospitality & bartending experience. Previous supervisor experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and current beverage trends.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a busy bar environment.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Be a native or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency. Display effective communication skills in English. The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.
