- To support the Management of the company to achieve and maintain business excellence in the field of quality, safety and environment during preparation and delivery of projects, taking into account interest of customers, board of management, Abu Dhabi community and the company employees
- Supports project management is achieving HSE goals as set for the project
- Carrying out Safety inspections on site facilities, equipment and marine unites using HSE Checklist
- Reporting & investigating accidents, near misses, sub-standard practices and substandard conditions at work sites
- Conducting Safety group meetings to coach the workforce on the company HSEMS, policies, emergency
- procedure, HSE procedures, standards, guidelines, cop's and other HSE documents related to sites
- Ensure that lifesaving & fire-fighting equipment are properly maintained / certified and ready for immediate use
- Assists Project Management to ensure workforce are in compliance with HSE standards, company HSE regulations and polices
- BSc in science, civil construction or marine engineering
- Minimum qualification NEBOSH, OSHA or similar
- First aid certification
