- Estimation and analysis of quantities as per cad drawing- bill of quantity.
- Review and analyse drawings, specifications and drawing details required for carpeting given by clients.
- Preparation of auto cad layouts - seaming plans, carpet layout, roll plans for approval, production and installation.
- Coordinates with the installation team for the plans and project execution.
- Prepares carpet production layout and coordinates with the design team for final roll plan.
- Site inspection before and after carpet installation.
- Attends client meeting with the sales person if required and requested.
- Preferred International Certification in AUTOCAD & Quantity Surveyor.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
