IT Support Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent would be advantageous and preferred.
• Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, etc.) and network security concepts.
• UAE Driving License Mandatory. (Candidates without licenses will not be considered)
