- Internal Stakeholders: Company CEO, SR Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Senior Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Officer, Sector Advisors, Partners.
- External Stakeholders: Clients, partners, candidates, professional institutions
- Maintain and build up smooth and comprehensive communication with the Client
- Advise clients and stakeholders on RecruitMe Plus services, policies & procedures
- Receive and analyze Job Descriptions
- Design job advertisements and spread those out to the most efficient sourcing channels including our career page supported by an ATS and various social media channels
- Screen direct applications
- Identifying Keywords, and proactively searching for potential qualified roles
- Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted applicants and refer those accordingly
- Guide multiple stakeholders through RecruitMe Plus processes
- Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, interview trips
- Conduct Reference Checks when required
- In charge of social media materials and tools including posts, schedules, content, and article writing
- Utilize regional and international job boards, oversee social media initiatives, and apply innovative sourcing methods to support recruiting objectives.
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders including candidates, clients, Universities, peer agencies, and partners
- Attend and manage when needed- full day job fairs locally or regionally- and attempt to represent RecruitMe Plus and promote its services and values
- Maintain Recruitment Tracking sheet and other relevant reports for accountability
- Develop candidate rosters, employ traditional sourcing strategies, actively network, and employ innovative, creative recruiting methods to hire the best talent.
- Participate in attracting new clients
- Conduct research with regard to industry latest updates & trends
- Perform any other related recruitment or HR administrative and business development tasks
- Manage full-cycle of domestic or regional recruitment trips including communications with venues, interview schedule, candidates escorting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relative experience.
- Resourceful
- Experience in proactive sourcing through various channels applying Boolean Search
- Proven track record in filling key positions across the GCC region
- Solid presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively
- Diplomatic and strong acumen in establishing positive working relationships with employees and all other stakeholders to maximize cooperation and productivity.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
- Excellent writing skills
- Experience using local and regional job boards
- Experience in ATS is highly preferable
- Social Media common user and platforms friendly
