:Ensure a comprehensive assessment of organization corporate structure and alignment of Abu Dhabi government agencies’ business strategy and IT strategy for government solutions by developing and maintaining organization enterprise architecture data repository, framework and outputs. In addition to ensuring adequate support is provided to the Finance Department with regards to ICT spending monitoring activities in Abu Dhabi government entities and the digital budget, assisting in providing recommendations to the Finance Department on digital budget allocation, ensuring that Abu Dhabi government entities are provided with guidance for setting up their digital budgets and analyzing existing platforms and applications to identify opportunities.
  • Reviewing guidelines, tools and forms with the aim of preparing and presenting feasibility studies for digital and information and communication technology investments conducted by government agencies in Abu Dhabi and identifying ways to enhance them
  • Ensure that the organization institutional structure is accurately assessed and aligned with the business strategy of government agencies in Abu Dhabi and the IT strategy for the Government Solutions sector
  • Preparing the framework for the institutional structure of the organization and its inputs
  • Review the organization Enterprise Architecture Data Warehouse and ensure that the current state structure is updated accordingly
  • Ensure that all change management activities are conducted accurately and in line with the target placement structure
  • Ensure that ICT baseline assessments are conducted for key stakeholders to update the technology institutional infrastructure scheme for government agencies in coordination with the Demand Management Section
  • Analyze existing platforms and applications used in government entities in Abu Dhabi and identify opportunities for consolidation to enhance synergies and cost efficiencies
  • Ensure financial management support in spending control activities related to digital budget and ICT at government agencies in Abu Dhabi
  • Providing guidance to government agencies in Abu Dhabi on setting a digital budget
  • Assist in making recommendations to the Finance Department on budget preparation and allocation for digital initiatives
  • Performing any other duties or job activities assigned by the line manager
RequirementsBachelor's degree in information security in any field related to a specialized certificateExperience in information security, digital security or any relevant area so that at least:Years of experience for bachelor's degree holders: 10 to 12 years
