- The Louvre Abu Dhabi physical security policy is delivered
- Resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated
- Budgets are properly controlled and managed
- All training needs are identified and processed promptly
- Performance and attendance issues are addressed
- Rosters appropriate for museum security operations are devised and implemented
- The Security Operations Manual and Control Room Manual are maintained
- Security is implemented as a core business function
- Tasks including updating security risk assessments, drafting procedures and compiling security reports are completed on-time and submitted for approval
- Security is represented on relevant project workgroups and routine meetings
- Investigations are competently completed in a timely manner
- All business recovery/contingency plans and/or procedures are kept up to date and available
- Emergencies are effectively managed and lead role is taken in emergencies
- Events have the necessary security arrangements in place
- Any other duty relevant to the role is completed
