SECURITY OPERATIONS MANAGER

• The Louvre Abu Dhabi physical security policy is delivered
• Resources are appropriately and efficiently allocated
• Budgets are properly controlled and managed
• All training needs are identified and processed promptly
• Performance and attendance issues are addressed
• Rosters appropriate for museum security operations are devised and implemented
• The Security Operations Manual and Control Room Manual are maintained
• Security is implemented as a core business function
• Tasks including updating security risk assessments, drafting procedures and compiling security reports are completed on-time and submitted for approval
• Security is represented on relevant project workgroups and routine meetings
• Investigations are competently completed in a timely manner
• All business recovery/contingency plans and/or procedures are kept up to date and available
• Emergencies are effectively managed and lead role is taken in emergencies
• Events have the necessary security arrangements in place
• Any other duty relevant to the role is completed
